The Challenge

Our Solution
We set up an email CRM segmented by RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to identify the highest-value customer segments. We created retargeting campaigns for abandoned carts and developed a hype campaign using scarcity, urgency, and storytelling tactics across 6 strategic emails.
